About updating / or deleting an application that was downloaded with the old deleted apple id

I have deleted my old apple id.

If you have deleted your old Apple ID, it is no longer valid, it simply no longer exists and it no longer works.

I have now a new apple id,

thinking if i should delete the app that was dowloaded using the old apple id and re download it using my new apple id. Would that be possible??

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

No it is not possible, to re download the apps using your new apple id.
