Wrong Apple ID App Store

I upgraded to an iPhone 14 and my apps show as downloadable but didn’t download (cloud with arrow down). When I click on the app it asks me to sign in to an Apple ID I no longer use and likely used to download the apps in the first place on my old phone; it does not give me the option to use a different Apple ID.


I believe it’s not letting me move forward because the apps belong that that old Apple ID.


Is there a solution outside of deleting every app and redownloading?
