Minimum window resize in Preview

With the new Ventura update, the preview app has had its minimum window width increased from previous versions. What this means is that when viewing a PDF or other file, the Preview window cannot be decreased past a certain width, causing issues with window overlap when viewing multiple windows at once. Is there a known fix or override for this?
