Screens scroll to top when switching between open apps and desktop

When I have apple music and chrome open on my mac m1 and I swipe to the desktop and back the cursor will take me back to the top of the page. I have noticed this on chrome and apple music only. I have not checked if it happens with other apps.

Mac mini 2018 or later

Vertical scroll bar disappears I can't get the vertical scroll bar to stay visible. When I launch Apple Music on Mac mini M1 running Ventura the scroll bar is visible. If I don't immediately click on it and use it the scroll bar will disappear. If I drag the window to resize it the scroll bar reappears. I've tried switching the scroll bar options in settings without success. I'm sure I am missing something somewhere. Thank you in advance.

Scrollbars disappearing in music on Mac In general, Apple is pretty good about accessibility issues, but in this particular case, they have eliminated the scrollbars unless you turn gestures off. I use gestures, but I also can't do the gestures to scroll. I use a digitizing tablet most of the time. Apple, please fix this, they should be able to be seen if the user requests to have scroll bars enabled in your settings.

Apple Music Scroll Bar Apple music scroll bar keeps disappearing. Operating on update to ventura 13 and this happened. Currently on a macbook pro and apple music scroll bar isn't working. I know about Settings/Appearance/Check scroll bar always on - to off/ Check it back to always on. I do this and it is on for the first scroll ... and then vanishes again, and will only come back if I do the above EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to scroll. Any ideas?
