custom domain email problem

Hi,

I have a serious problem with receiving emails from multiple other email services! it happens with all my domains hosted on icloud+ only and not on my other domains with other providers or Gmail or even the @icloud.com email!

Does somebody else have this problem?

Is this an issue that recently started or have you experienced this since setting up the custom domain emails?

  • Which device are you using? If you have multiple Apple devices, does this happen with the others?
  • Are you able to send emails? To confirm, you're able to see your received emails here: iCloud, correct?
  • Is there an error message when the app is searching for new emails? If so, could you provide us the exact message?

Hey MSiLight,


Thanks for letting us know. Check your Drafts, Sent, and Outbox mailboxes. Do you see the email that couldn't send in any of these folders? Let us know which. If you see it in Drafts, attempt sending it again. If you see the message in your Outbox, make sure that you're connected to the Internet and use the steps from here to select iCloud as the outgoing mail account: If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support.
