Please FIX this issue! when opening email one after another, the content of the emails stops showing up. I followed advice from another users "answer" to this question and can only get the content when I "quit mail" and reopen while pressing the shift key. How inconvenient. I am not running any virus products. so annoying. macOS Monterey 12.6

Let's try isolating the issue by testing this out under safe mode. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.
2. Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac.
3. You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window.
