Mac Mail Emails showing "No content" - This is becoming Ridiculous

For over a year now, and in increasing frequency, more than half of my emails are showing "No content" in my inbox. I know I can slide them to another mailbox and then back again, but why the heck does Apple not fix this problem permanently!!???? Do they have a clue how irritating this, and how 3rd world this makes the mail app on Mac's look??

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

You are running macOS 10.12 ...Sierra(?) The stable release of 10.12.6 (16G2136) September 26, 2019.

I would try updating your macOS and compare your results.

Hi Leroy,

I would post a question like this if I was running on an outdated Mac OS. I always keep up to date, and things do not change from update to update, in fact, if anything it gets worse from update to update.  I am on the latest Monterey OS Version 12.5.

Thanks

Thanks for working hard to try to help me sort this out, Leroy.

I already had all three options in your first suggestion above disabled.

I do not use "Hide my Email", so don't need to turn that off.

I am concerned about using a beta in ICloud Private Relay. Also seems a bit odd that this would solve my lack of email content? Will consider this and try it at some point if nothing else works in the suggestions I see..

Thanks again.
