Changed mind of which phone to trade in

Hello,

I have bought new apple 14 pro and originally traded in my old iphone 12. My son has now decided he wants my Iphone 12 and we would like to trade in his Iphone 11. I have just received my new phone, but have not sent any phone to trade in. How do I update apple that I want to trade in my son’s phone instead of mine?
