Upgrade Amazon Music Unlimited to Amazon Family Plan I want to upgrade my Amazon Music Unlimited plan to the Amazon Music Family Plan. The ONLY option available through iPhone is to cancel the subscription. There is NO "upgrade" option from Individual plan to Family plan. I've even cancelled my current individual subscription (through Subscriptions on my phone) and still see no option for upgrading or renewing with the family plan. Since I subscribed through my iOS, Amazon customer support keeps telling me I need to upgrade through "the Apple".

I want to update my amazon music from singe to family and I cannot do this. Please help I cannot seem to update from a sigle plan to a family plan with amazon music. I can't do it on my iphone and only see the single subscription and not option to update or change, just to cancel. What do i do? I also tried this on Amazon and they said I can't change there because I purchased it on my iphone.
