Shared Photos Library iOS 16.1

I updated iPhones (my wife and mine) to IOS16.1 today (Oct 24). On my iPhone (13 pro), I created a shared Library and invited my wife on a iPhone 14 Max. When she clicks on the invite, she gets the following error:

"Shared Library Unavailable

The owner stopped sharing, or you don't have permission to open it."

I have not stopped sharing and I don't know what permissions the error message could be referring to.

I signed her phone out of iCloud and back in, rebooted phone and forced quit photos. None of these solutions solved the problem.

Does anybody know how to correct this error?
