Toes2,

Let's try some steps then that might refresh that setting to correctly allow those calls through:

  1. Turn that feature on then back off.
  2. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Double check and make sure the numbers that are calling aren't on the blocked list: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Phone
Go to Settings > Phone and tap Blocked Contacts to see the list.

If you still see the same thing, reach out to Apple directly here: Get Support

Enjoy your day.

Hey there Toes2,

It's possible Do Not Disturb is enabled, which would cause calls to be silenced. Check these settings to see if that's causing it by using the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > Focus.
2. Tap Do Not Disturb.
3. Under Turn on Automatically, set Do Not Disturb to turn on automatically at a certain time, location, or while using a certain app.

To turn on Do Not Disturb from Control Center:
1. Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your iPad
2. Touch and hold Focus, then tap Do Not Disturb.

Continue with the guidance here: Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Take care!
