MagSafe case

Got my self the iPhone14 pro but when I connected my MagSafe case there was no animation on it.why is that so ??? Help please

MagSafe animation on iPhone 15 Pro I recently set up my new iPhone 15 Pro. When attaching the MagSafe wallet or charger the animation does not appear on the screen to indicate a connection. I do hear the connection sound effect but the animation does not appear. If the phone display is in sleep mode, the animation does appears but when it is awake, it does not. Is this a normal function for iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.0.2?

Hello,

There could be a few reasons for this. Animations will only appear for MagSafe Cases made by Apple. If your MagSafe Case was made by a 3rd party or is a fake Apple MagSafe Case, the animation won't appear. Where did you get your case from? Thanks for reaching out! -Drake

It appears to be a genuine Apple MagSafe Case. You can try restarting your iPhone.

Well I got it from the apple authorised store and it is from apple. Can this be changed at the Apple Store ?

Tried it so many times already but when I put the msg safe battery pack without the cover it works fine just that the case magnet is not working
