How do I stop the banner from popping up when I use shortcuts to open apps?

How do I stop the banner from popping up when I use shortcuts to open apps? I’ve tried every “special” fix but every time I use a shortcut to open an app I get a banner appearing at the top with a check mark and a logo of the app I opened. It’s such a pain.
