Impossible to Cancel subscription

Hi friends,

I have a strange issue, I used 3 apple services (Arcade, Apple Tv, apple music) all of that was a trial version for 1 month, so I'm sure I cancel it before renewal, Now apple trying to charge me and I am unable to cancel it. From iPhone, I am getting the issue " cannot connect" also I tried from my desktop PC from iTunes and here is just a white screen, please see all attached screenshots
