When I press cancel trial for my subscription nothing happens please help

The same thing is happening to me. I tap the icon, I see a spinning icon for a second at the top right of screen and then nothing. Repeatedly trying does nothing. I restarted my phone and tried with no luck. There are no pending updates available to me.

After I turned off the Wifi on my IPhone and switched to cellular, I was finally able to cancel my free subscription by tapping the "Cancel Free Trial" button.
You’re a legend boss. Trying from many hours to cancel my free trial for an app but button won’t work. Your suggestion worked like a charm. Cheers 👏🏼👏🏼
