MB Pro M3 Pro drops all Internet connectivity

Hey all. I'm having an issue with my Macbook Pro M3 Where, despite having a wired connection (USB hub -> Ethernet adapter -> ethernet cable -> Powerline adapter) that was reliable for about 2 weeks, my Mac will only accept connections for a bit upon restart before rejecting all of it. I tried using the Wifi too, but that and even connecting to my phone's hotspot after the cutoff point led to a displayed connection with no actual internet access.

The problem emerged when I tried to upgrade to Sequoia, so l'm still on Sonoma. Does anyone have any advice here? I'm stuck and couldn't find relevant information online.
