Blue boxes appearing on Apple Watch

Hi,

I've got an Apple Watch Series 7 and upgraded it to watchOS 9.0. Suddenly, blue boxes started appearing around various elements on the screen. I looked it up and it might have been Quick Actions or AssistiveTouch, but I can confirm that both are off. Also, even though Quick Actions is off, the prompt still appears when I raise my wrist. This is getting very annoying and interfering. Any help?
