Anyone able to help with Bernafon hearing aid question? I only get alerts pinging in one ear-also recent phone conversation only one ear-thanks

Both of your hearing aids may not have paired to your iPhone. Check Settings-Accessibility-Hearing-Hearing Devices-MFi Hearing Devices and make sure you see both Left & Right hearing aids paired. Check to make sure Stream to right hearing device is on and make sure Stream to left hearing device is on.
