AirPods Pro- right AirPod drains a bit faster than left one

I have an issue with my airpods pro. I purchased the airpods a week ago, and I noticed that the right airpod loses battery a bit faster than the left. I only use the AirPods while listening to music and use both of them together. For reference, while using if the left AirPods is at 75% battery the right will be at 71%. This will keep on increasing to a point where the left AirPod is 20% and the right reduces to 12%. But when kept inside case it recharges normally, and after sometime both are charged to 100%.

I reported the issue to apple, after which I got both AirPods replaced; but even after that the issue still persists even with the new ones.

  • Both left and right AirPods are set to noise control, firmware is the latest (4E71)
  • I have tried resetting and reconnecting the AirPods
  • Cleaned the AirPods and the case with a cloth
  • Tried draining all the battery from both and recharging them
  • Drained the case battery completely and recharged it too
  • Tried connecting it with different apple devices to check if the problem is with any particular device

Nothing seems to work. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Can someone please help in the issue ?

P.S. would be great if someone from apple can reply to this and help with the same.
