Add Recovery Contact
When I try to add a Family Member I get a box that says "Cannot Add (name). You can only add contacts who are using iMessage (she has an iphone 10x)

Can you send that member a “blue bubble” iMessage ?
If not - if it’s a “green bubble” - THEY need to register / re-register THEIR phone number for iMessage.
