Cannot add work address to Maps favorite

When I was setting up my addresses in Apple Maps, I somehow removed my work address from favorites and now I cannot add it back.

I have tried adding the address to favorites and then change it to work, I have tried to add the address in my contact card, but nothing seemed to work. I also have deleted my contact card, and created a new one to setup my information again, no luck.

The funny thing is that when I try to add the address as a simple favorite it shows up there, but as soon as it is made into a work address it disappears again.

So if anyone has a suggestion or solution,

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, or 13

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

If the issue still occurs after the restart, then let's make sure it is not still showing in the Favorites list for you to edit it, but completing the steps below that are also listed here: Save favorite places in Maps on iPhone - Apple Support

Edit a favorite

1. On the search card, tap More above the row of favorites.

2. Tap next to the favorite.

3. Depending on the location, you may be able to make the following changes:

• Rename the favorite: Tap the title, then enter a new name.

• Change the address: Tap the address, then tap Open Contact Card.

• Delete the location from your favorites list: Tap Remove Favorite.

• Change the label: Tap a label type.

• Tell someone your ETA: Tap Add Person, then choose one or more suggested contacts, or search for a contact. Whenever you start turn-by-turn navigation to this location, the person automatically receives a notification about your estimated time of arrival (ETA). See Share your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

4. Tap Done.
