Apple Maps home favorite does not show after adding. Is there a solution?

That sadly doesn't work in my case (hopefully it helps someone else though).

I have tried adding it through my contact info, when that didn't work, I've tried the "search for the address - add to favorites - edit favorite - home - update".

After what you have said I have tried to delete my home info in my contact, dropped a pin at my location, added it to favorites and edited it as favorite. The thing is it does show as home, but only after I search for it (so, search: "home"), it even shows it as a blue house. The only thing is it doesn't show it at my quick "favorites", while "Work" is there with no issues.

Strange bug, that is around for quite a while now I can see.

Sorry for a late response.

Sadly the only things Apple I have are the mobile trifecta (Phone, watch and airpods).

I did try removing the watch and adding it back, if it would help solving two birds with one stone with the reset (mainly because I was also trying to get the sunset/sunrise bug resolved on the watch).

Still, I wasn't able to solve this, so the hunt continues.

the issue is, that it is the correct address my town/village uses two words in its name and I don't have a street name just a three digit number.

So for example: "Namept1 Namept2 ###"

When I type in a different number that isn't three numbers it saves it normally. Whenever I use auto-fill it uses it correctly, however only in maps I don't see the blue home button unless I type in "home" in search bar, then it knows where to navigate. I can only have "work" as a favorite so I can quickly choose it.

Unfortunately the area code would take me too far away and to a different town, because my town isn't the main town of the municipality in which the code is registered.

It's still frustrating me and nothing is done to have it fixed (wrote to apple on multiple occasions and through different channels).
