Moves and music from iTunes seems I have to have Apple TV plus to do so why?

This is just one of the problems I’m having on my iPad I don’t know why you but it tells me that I do not have enough memory to buy stuff or to download it’s all gobbled up with updates so I have to remove everything I own from my iPad to use it but yes it does ask me for a membership to Apple plus to download and watch movies and those are facts I’ve got witnesses

I’ve had the same problems with Apple for four years now my password and username doesn’t work I’ve took two iPad back for that reason and I took too I’m Mac Minis back to Best Buy for that reason Apple says my username and password does not work I brought a watch on iPhone 7 and an iPhone 8 plus with me to prove that I was typing in my password and user name correctly and it still said as Apple insisted that I was typing in the wrong username and password They had to use outside measures to get it to except it as you know Apple locks are up locks your equipment up if you get it wrong three times for security reasons which is fine this is a different subject matter I wanted to make a simple your response was obviously not helpful actually it was quite insulting I’m actually having a problem and you’re insisting that I’m not as if you were an Apple employee
