Family Sharing issues with Apple Music

I'm an Apple One subscriber and have family sharing with my spouse. I'm trying to share albums that I've downloaded from iTunes, but they are not showing up in the list of Family Purchases on my iMac Music app (Music/Account/Family Purchases) or on hers. The family sharing is working fine for Apple News+, so this issue seems within Apple Music.
