Can not share Apple Music Family with family members in Apple Family Sharing?

I am an adult in a family sharing. I bought Apple Music Family and I can't share it with my family members, including the organizer. I have purchase sharing enabled and it shows me that the members have access to apple music. But it doesn't show the same on their device and they can't use it. How to share it with them?

Sometimes it helps to have the devices involved take a fresh look at settings:

● If this is a service, try disabling it and turning it back on.

● Try signing out of accounts and back in again.
