Parcel Stuck in customs

I ordered a MacBook Air with the M2 Chip a few weeks back. It shipped a few days ago from Shanghai and I received the tracking ID from SF Express. I says it has reached my city yesterday morning and has been stuck in customs since. I tried calling SF to ask them why the parcel is delayed and they told nothing can be done if it is stuck in customs. The estimated delivery date is 25th August but that day there is a big typhoon hitting Hong Kong. I am not sure how and when my new computer may come.

Could someone help me out?

As previously stated, there is nothing we can do about how international customs authorities in different countries process packages and likely no one can and we have no control over the weather just as well as no one else.
