Delay for deliver the new Macbook M3
I’ve been ordering a Macbook M3 Pro day 5th November. The order status site showed me the deliver date would be the next 7th Nov. On 7th Nov they didn’t deliver it and the site changed the deliver date for 8th November without any explanation. That day I contacted the support team, who assured me it was everything ok with my payment and I will receive my Macbook on 8th Nov without other changes of date. I didn’t receive at 8th or even at 9th Nov and then I contacted again the support team, who assured me me again it would be deliver tomorrow (10th Nov)! When I asked for the reason of the delay, they gave me ordinaries and generals possibilities but couldn’t tell exactly about my case. Since 7th Nov I have to be at home everyday waiting for sign this deliver that doesn’t never happen! It is so disrrespectful! The support team can’t help and the purchase team are out of contact. Nobody at Apple really care or try be minimaly organized to only set up a real date or range date for deliver! Someone else already was experiencing something like it?
