Shipment & delivery

I have ordered Macbook m2 pro 14" & a mouse last June 02, 2023 but still stuck in preparing to shipment and extimated delivery says 08 June, 2023... What is the problem

You do not need to call unless the device does not arrive by the date indicated on the most recent status email you receive fro Apple.


Very few Apple products are inventoried in a warehouse. Almost all modern manufacturers of items with options, from cars to phones, have transitioned to "just in time" manufacturing, meaning the device does not exist until the order system sends a build command to the assembly line.


This is very important for devices like notebook computers that have batteries. You get a computer whose battery is days old, not months old as could happen were it a warehoused item.
