Every time I try to scroll through my saved stories on Apple News+ the app crashes. Called Apple support and they were able to guide me through some options but ultimately it seems like a bug. Is anyone else having this issue?
(I know this isn’t the right topic but there is no option for Apple News +)

We want to help make sure Apple News+ is working as expected. It sounds like you've already worked through some steps with support to resolve this, but we want to make sure nothing is missed. Started with these steps to resolve issues with apps closing unexpectedly:
1. Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
2. Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have already contacted support and have done steps 1-3. However, 4 puts me at risk for losing my saved stories all together. If my issue is that I can’t access my saved stories due to the app crashing, I would like a solution that doesn’t risk me losing access to my saved stories all together. Is there no way to report this as bug (which I believe it is)?
