World clock widget

The widget version of the world click is stuck on Cupertino. I deleted ALL cities and it stays the same. I add only New York but it stays on Cupertino even though only NY is listed. The last person who asked this was only told to do the above (delete and add). With no REAL solution. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hold the dial face on the widget “main” screen …

… then click “Edit Widget”

When you go to settings>general>date & time - what time zone is set there?
