So they restricted my apple wallet cause they couldnt verify my identity when i gave them all my info address ssn and pic of my VALID ID can someone tell me why they couldnt when i can prove i am who i am

Seems Apple has to keep our money / access to cards etc.. as secure as a bank would.

Perhaps the ID you sent, while true, could have just as easily been sent by someone who stole your iPhone.

or perhaps something Apple requires for verification was missing from what you sent ... could be any of various reasons.

We are all Apple users, like yourself in this community.

We'd like to help, but we have no access to your cards or records to check why your identity wasn't able to be verified..
