problems with tdBank app
Is anyone having a problem with the TDBank app on iPhone and iPad? Have tried everything (clearing history, re-load etc.) will not work.

Thank you for your help....it's fixed. I spent an hour on the phone with Apple...still don't know what caused it. Basically logged out of iTunes Store, which let me download a clean (non-cloud) version of the app.

TD Bank did troubleshooting with me....delete, reload. turn off phone, go to settings and delete TD info...nothing. I get a blank TD bank screen usually. Sometimes it will let me put in name and password, but then apologizes and says they are working on it. They AREN'T working on it.
What did TDBank support say when you contacted them?
What specifically is the problem you are having?
You’ve done some thorough troubleshooting. Are you using VPN for your connection? That can cause problems with secure connections for things like banking.
