In family sharing (apple one family account), can each member create their own apple music playlists?

Can not share Apple Music Family with family members in Apple Family Sharing? I am an adult in a family sharing. I bought Apple Music Family and I can't share it with my family members, including the organizer. I have purchase sharing enabled and it shows me that the members have access to apple music. But it doesn't show the same on their device and they can't use it. How to share it with them?

Yes. With Family Sharing each person keeps their own account and as such each person has their own separate music libraries and playlists.
