How do I or is there any way to separate health data from another iPhone if they are sharing the same appleId?

No. It is strongly advised that apple ID should not be used by two people. You will spend hours trying to isolate data between you.

Unable to share Health data from iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 I have been trying to share my health data with my boyfriend but it keeps flagging him as not having a device to view it on.
