I listen to music on the the AppleTV in my home office. For quite some time now, the artist page for Joe Satriani just will not load. Clicking on the artist name leads gives me a loading page and never gets to the artist's page.
It works fine on my Mac, iPhone, and via browser. It's just the AppleTV. And it's only this one artist.
I've rebooted the AppleTV. I've logged out & logged back in. Nothing.
I'm open to suggestions.

may help resolve the issue:
• Be sure you're running the latest software version: Update your Apple TV
• Reset your Apple TV 4K
1. Go to Settings > System > Reset.
2. Choose a reset option:
• Reset: This option is the fastest way to return your Apple TV to factory settings. This option doesn't require an Internet connection.
• Reset and Update: This option returns your Apple TV to its factory settings and installs software updates. This option requires an Internet connection.
Keep your Apple TV plugged into power until the Reset process finishes.

I am also having this trouble ONLY with Joe Satriani, ONLY on my Apple TV, and ONLY on the artist page. All his albums load for me, but not the artist page.
I tried the above, and it did not help. I am still having this issue.
Yep. Did all the same. Talked to Apple Support and they were unable to do anything. I'm convinced this is an engineering issue. There's something in the artist profile record that the Apple Music app for Apple TV can't handle and it hangs or gets locked in an infinite loop.
