I have my Preferences set to:
"Enable blocked mail filtering"
"When email from blocked address arrives: Move it to the Trash"
However, these still go into my "Junk" folder. They show up with the "Blocked" symbol. If I go to the address, they are listed as "Blocked". But, they don't go to "Trash" - only to "Junk".
How can I get these to move directly into "Trash"?

Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

Per chance do you employ any addition mail filtering/blocking besides that in the Junk Folder settings? That is, use either Mail Rules or a third-party spam filter, like SpamSieve?f If so, they may be conflicting with the Junk Folder rules ... and potentially why they are not going to the Trash.
Great question! But, *no* - I do not have any other mail filtering / blocking.
One add'l piece of info: I have 3 accounts / providers. The same behavior is apparent in all three.
Any other ideas?

Hmm. I have never experienced this issue. Like you, I use Apple Mail (on Monterey) with multiple email accounts, but all of my blocked mails do end up in the trash. However, I no longer depend on the Mail's Junk Folder/Blocked settings and rely on SpamSieve instead.
