I currently use AT&T as my carrier for just over a year. I purchased the iPhone 13 pro using a payment plan with AT&T four months ago. Am I able to switch carriers to Verizon with my current iPhone payment plan with AT&T?

that would be something you'd have to talk to AT&T about. If you are on a payment plan with them, you'd have to pay off the remaining balance of the phone I'm guessing..

I suggest that you work with Verizon to find out what (if any) option is available for them to switch your iPhone with an active contract. The rules seem to change often.
