iPhone apple purchase plan + Mint mobile eSim

Hey so I'm looking forward to buy the iPhone 15 pro and I'm planning to buy it using apple's monthly financing. However, it says I NEED to choose a carrier. I use a Mint Mobile sim (which can be converted to an eSIM) and I have a one year purchase plan on it, so I'd like to use it on my new iPhone as well. However, apparently I'm limited only to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon? How do I use my mint mobile eSIM after purchasing it? Which plan out of those 3 should I choose to purchase the iPhone so I may use my Mint Mobile sim?
