iPhone storage quickly runs away

hi everybody i have an iphone se 1th generation (amazing phone) with 32 gb. so as you can see from the title if this thread the storage runs away faster, and the main reason is apps that produces a lot of cache. the only way that i know to get rid of cache is deleting the app and reinstalling it again, but im so lazy to do this every two days, so is there a way to fix this problem? i really like this phone and i will keep it till apps won’t be supported by ios 15.5 anymore. thank you 🙂
