I just checked and saw that "XProtect" is in my Full Disk Access, and the box beside it is unchecked. XProtect wasn't in Full Disk Access a month ago.
Should I be worried? Should I remove XProtect?

It was introduced in 12.4
The default is uncheck.
There is no documentation on it's inclusion, as of yet, I suspect this is in advance of the next macOS.
I would not attempt to remove Xptotect —no.
