Unable to launch certain java applications

I'm running on a macOS Monterey 12.3 and when I download certain java applications they will not launch and ask me to check the console for related messages about the error, I have just gone to the java website and downloaded the newest version of java and uninstalled and reinstalled it again just to reach the same problem, please help. I am able to install and launch other java applications just fine. What should I do after I reach the console?
