Can anyone help me on how to find what to do on how to unlock your iTunes account when it says disabled when trying to update apps on App Store? nd why it says that?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
