Disabled acount in itunes and appstore

Sir my apps are not updating every time i want to update me apps in appstore a message pops up showing your account is disabled in itunes and appstore i have tried multiple things changed my pasword signed out but it won’t work.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
