The iPhone (74) is the name that is assigned to your iPhone 11. This was assigned by the user of the iPhone (You?). It is not the iPhone model describer.

To change the name of your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Name: Here, you can change the name of your iPhone.
