My Apple TV keeps cutting off and on

Hi Rshepard, I suggest try the basics:
- Reboot the AppleTV and TV
- In Settings>Video and Audio, use the "check HDMI connection" function.
- Make sure both the AppleTV and TV are running the latest software.
If this doesn't remedy the issue, I suggest trying the following:
- Reseat the HDMI cable on both connection sides
- Try a new HDMI cable
- Try a different HDMI port on your TV
- Review the HDMI settings on your TV
