Apple tv cutting on and off
Brand new apple tv connected everything checked cables box is cutting on and off

if it was me then I would
make sure the hdmi cable goes directly from the appletv box to the tv
try another hdmi cable
test with another tv
this should give me an image of if the connector and or the appletv box itself was defect
