I suppose this is more of a question for apple tech my AirPods can cancel out background noise really well so is it possible to pick out a specific noise in a room and only hear that for example if I’m in a crowded room and I want to listen to the tv or a live band without the background noise drowning it out.

This is a problem I have--I frequently cannot hear someone sitting right next to me because of other noise in the area.
