Apple TV remote completely stop working

Hello,

Without reason, my Apple TV remote completely stop working yesterday.

It is a 4th generation Apple tv (with black remote and menu button white contoured).

I already charged it,
check if there was any new update of the Apple TV but it is up to date.
I also unplug the Apple TV during seconds and rebegin it,
i also tried to pair once more my remote clicking on the menu and up button, it does not change anything.

I only can use my Apple TV thanks to the remote app on my iphone…

Someone could help me ? I didnt do anything special and this bug suddenly appears.

Good troubleshooting! Please follow the steps as they are outlined in Apple TV - Remote troubleshooting . If your Apple TV is covered by the original 1 year warranty or by AppleCare, then please get in contact with AppleCare and they will tell you how to get the issue resolved.

Okay, then the next step is for you to phone AppleCare. If you are in the USA please call (800) 275-2273. If you are outside the USA, please use the following link to get the number in your area. When you call please be prepared with the SN of your Apple TV.
