Apple Watch series 3 gps & cellular

hi there, I would like to purchase an Apple Watch series 3 but it does not have the choice to get one with GPS and cellular! how do I get cellular on an Apple Watch series 3 or can you not?

You cannot,only the GPS version is for sale now.
