I can't pair a new apple watch series 5 on my iphone 12 promax because it asked to update the watchos and my iphone shows the message: Can't update because you're not connected to internet. I’ve tried every solutions i found and I got nothing. My iphone is on latest software 14.2.1 .

Force restart your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it
I would now reset your network settings (you will need to re-log into all your wifi accounts again)
from you iPhone>Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
While your iPhone is rebooting, unplug your router from the power source, let it sit for a "Full" 2 minutes without power then plug it back in.
